After reading my review on twitter and seeing that the eye had fallen off of my Howeller Crankbait, Livingston Lures contacted me and offered to replace my crankbait. They ended up sending me a new crankbait, along with a Livingston Lures Team Hat. I would first like to thank Livingston Lures for taking the time to read my review, as this means a lot to me, and would also like to thank them for having such great customer service and sending me some items. This is the second time that I have experienced great customer service from Livingston and I would highly recommend their products to anyone searching for some quality hardbaits.
