With the holidays just around the corner and everyone searching for gifts, fishing lures can be a great stocking stuffer for any aspiring bassmaster, but with so many choices, lure shopping can be extremely overwhelming. Whenever buying lures for someone else, or for myself for that matter, I almost always first look at the fishing reports for the lakes that he/she often fish at. Most fishing reports include the lures that that fisherman used during the day and with a few minutes of searching, you can quickly put together a list of proven lures that you know will catch lots of bass.
