Fishing, more than any other sport, is based off of trial and error, and it is extremely important that you learn from your mistakes. In order to do this, I recommend that you keep a fishing journal, where you record important information about your fishing trips such as what the weather was like, what lures were working, and what lures weren’t (similar to the reports in the Fishing Reports Section). This will allow you to go back and learn from all of your past fishing trips and will make you a much better fisherman.
