Many people believe that summer is your only shot to catch the monster bass of their dreams, but late fall-early winter can be just as productive for big, lunker bass. November is actually the best chance that people have at catching monster bass because the big females are all stuffing themselves in preparation of winter. This means that there will be a 3-hour window where you can catch some big females. If you have the opportunity to get out before the cold fronts settle in, then you may be able to catch the trophy bass that you have been looking for.
