One thing that I’ve learned that is extremely helpful when fishing rocks is to fish your bait as slow as possible. I’ve found that I tend to get snagged more the faster I am hopping my lure across the rocks, so slowing down your presentation will greatly help to reduce your chance of getting hung up. The slow presentation allows you to work the small crevices in between the rocks without getting snagged, which will allow for a much more natural presentation.
